Takımsan manufactures and stocks OEM-quality spare parts for the full PLATEX range. Parts are machined to original tolerances in our İstanbul facility. We also supply replacement parts for operators running other manufacturers' planetary extruder systems.

Hardened and ground central spindles for all PLATEX models. Critical wear component — Takımsan recommends keeping one in stock for continuous production facilities.
Barrel Sections & Liners
Inner barrel liners and full barrel section assemblies. Nitrided or chrome-plated finish options. Matched to original profile geometry for correct roller mesh.
Feed & Discharge Components
Hopper inserts, feed zone liners, discharge head components and granulation die plates. Available in standard and wear-resistant material grades.
Seals, Bearings & Gaskets
Full seal kits, individual shaft seals, O-rings and bearing sets for scheduled maintenance intervals. Matched to Takımsan and compatible OEM specifications.
Heating Elements & Temperature Sensors
Barrel heating bands, cartridge heaters, thermocouple and RTD replacement sensors. Matched to original wattage and connection specifications.

- Takımsan confirms availability and dispatch timeline — standard parts ship within 1–2 weeks.
Consignment stock programme
High-volume operators can arrange consignment stock agreements with Takımsan — critical wear parts held at your facility, replenished as used, invoiced monthly. This eliminates lead-time risk for planetary rollers, seals and die plates. Contact us to discuss terms.
