ISO 9001:2015 & CE Certified
Every PLATEX planetary roller extruder is designed, built and tested under Takımsan's ISO 9001:2015 certified quality management system. CE marking is applied to all PLATEX models manufactured for European and export markets. Full certification documentation is supplied with each machine.

Scope: Design, manufacture and supply of planetary roller extruders, planetary gearboxes and precision cutting tools.

CE Marking
Scope: All PLATEX planetary roller extruder models manufactured for the European market. Conformity with applicable EU Machinery Directive requirements.
Note: CE documentation package supplied with every PLATEX unit on request.
Quality assurance in practice
Takımsan's ISO 9001:2015 quality management system covers the complete product lifecycle: design review, material procurement, in-process machining checks, sub-assembly verification and final factory acceptance testing (FAT) before shipment.
Factory acceptance testing for every PLATEX unit includes: dimensional verification of all critical components, no-load run test at rated speed, load test with process material (where customer specifies test conditions), and measurement of electrical draw, temperature distribution and mechanical noise levels.
Takımsan provides a machine-specific test report with every shipment. The test report records FAT results, component batch traceability and CE declaration of conformity reference.
Remote commissioning support is standard — Takımsan engineers connect via VPN after installation to verify process parameters and confirm the machine is operating within specification before the warranty period begins.
Patent registrations
Takımsan holds Turkish patent registrations for specific cutting tool geometries and planetary roller extruder component designs developed in our engineering department. Patent details are available on request. Patents confirm Takımsan's commitment to independent innovation within the planetary extruder field.
