The Planetary System’s used at Planetary extruders, basically; its a system of Planetary hive, which consisted a helis thoothed operated compatibley one by other inside Hive.
Our firm supplied Spare parts for many Companies using Planetary Extruders at Plastics Packing industries (pvc film,Plate e.g) for 25 years ago.
The Planetary Extruders which has very effective on PVC, As we believed that the great success has been carried by using on Granule Raw matterials manufacturing. The great advantage of the Planetary Extruders are to provide high plastified by fine mixing of raw materials and to remove the gas taking problems.
Our firm produce different types of Mechanical parts in own constitution, Also the Planetary System reductors which produced in own constitution provides more power transferring with high energy savings comparing with other reductors.
In accordance with reguested of user companies, and with AR-GE Works that we erected, we produce in our company the machinces granted products with high quality and high tonnage (max800-1.500kg/sa) in production of raw material which have assorted specifications as hard pvc, soft pvc,tinned and transparent ).This sysetm consist for two Zones, Also it has developed the product range producing goods as ( mould, Calender line e.g ) Hose, bob, film, Profile, corner band, and Coating materials) by using the necessary Equipments.
Our Company is receptive for different types of AR-GE Works. Continued its manufacturing without deceleration.
